Court Marriage in ghaziabad Registration Certificate is issued by the Stamps & Registration Department, GoUP to both Husband and Wife whose marriage has already been solemnized.   1. Application for marriagefilled in the prescribed form with
    1. name and address of bridegroom and bride
    2. Signature of bride and bridegroom,
    3. Signature of 3 attesting witnesses present at the time of marriage along with their name and address,
  2. Joint photo of bride and bridegroom with a signature overeach photoshould be presented to the Registrar of Marriage.
  3. Marriage officer will verify the contents of the application and records.
  4. He will issue a Certificate of Marriage if he is satisfied that the records produced are in accordance with the law.
